Hi, I'm . Nova Flow (by ) is a small, local studio, not a call center or an overseas template shop. I build every site by hand, I set up your Google listing myself, and when you need a change you text me directly.

Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build a sample homepage for your business at no cost and with no obligation. If it's not for you, no hard feelings and no bill.
Why would you build it for free? What's the catch?
No catch. Showing you a finished site is the easiest way to show what we can do. Most people who see their demo want it, and the ones who don't simply say no. You only pay if you decide you want it, through a secure online checkout.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain name, your Google listing and all your content: your words, photos and logo. If you ever leave, we'll help you move it all over.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup fee ($299, $499, or $799 for a fully custom Total Care design) plus a monthly plan from $49. The monthly plan covers hosting, security, edits and support. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long until my site is live?
Usually about a week after you approve your demo. A bigger multi-page site can take a little longer, and we'll give you a date before we start.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long contract. Your domain name is always registered in your name, so it stays yours no matter what.
Will you set up my Google and Yelp listings?
Yes, on the Growth plan. We set them up under your own email so you always own them, then you add us as a manager so we can keep them updated for you.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Almost everything happens by text, email or a quick call. If you'd rather meet to finalize things, we're happy to do that around Richmond.
What if I already have a website?
No problem. Our $39/month Care plan looks after your current site, or we can give it a glow-up that keeps what works and fixes what doesn't.
Do I need to write anything or take photos?
Just tell us your services and send whatever photos you have of your work. We write the words for you. If you don't have photos yet, we'll start with clean stock images and swap yours in later.
